The Paco Legacy (or better: the one of his parents) goes into the next round since he is in the final phase of becoming 30 years old on this very non-abandoned day. Though it seems his presence shifts Abandonia to the Realms of Terror because of the slavery accusations he has to face (and which will not look well in his curriculum vitae), he made and makes many efforts on our site (which will compensate any minus point of his CV at least three times), one of them being the maps he created for a game whose title I forgot just now...

Many of you might think that Cimmeria only existed as a fictional world in Robert E. Howard's weird tales. Although I saw only sources confirming that Howard derived the word from Cymri (Wales), let's assume he was smater than that and inspired himself from its reality counterpart. The Cimmerians were nomad people living somewhere around the Black Sea. They haven't left their mark on history for a long time, but in their brief moment of glory they succeded in conquering the kingdoms of Phrygia and Lidia, creating also chaos and panic in the greek cities from nearby.

After their Golden VIIth Century (BC) they disappeared without a trace, probably assimilated by other people. But here's a character that bears their name and has survived up until now: Conan, The Barbarian; Conan, the Cimmerian; Conan, the Wanderer... We've uploaded new stuff for the game: the manual, the installation reference and various boxshots, including the map of Shadizar and a front cover that features Conan himself and a beautiful female warrior wearing the usual highly-protective armour hiding only her most sensitive parts. |+_+| Our famous Abandonian Battle-Axe is awarded to our non-stop scanning robot, Geezer.

Note: For those who were insulted by me when writing in this newspost about Cimmeria as based on the Cimmerians, instead of the Welsh people, you must understand - I was only searching for something interesting to write about.

During the time of the pharaohs, the city of Karnak was a shining example of a civilization that all others nations could only hope to emulate. Today Karnak lives on, surrounded by the spirits of the past, however something has gone terribly wrong.

Unknown forces have seized the city and great turmoil is spreading into neighboring lands. World leaders from all parts of the globe have sent forces into Karnak Valley, but none have returned. The great power of this new empire is quickly crushing the best the human world has to offer.

The only known information about this crisis came from a Karnak villager, found wandering through the desert miles from his home, dazed, dehydrated and close to death. In his final moments among the living, the villager told horrifying stories of fierce alien creatures that invaded the city, devoured the women and children, and made slaves of the men. Many of the unfortunate victims were skinned alive or brutally dismembered. Others were subjected to unbearable tortures, injected with strange substances and then mummified while still alive. According to the villager, even the mummified body of the great King Ramses was unearthed and taken away.

Thanks to The Coop you have a chance to find out what have really happened in the city of Karnak and put a stop to the crisis.

The mutants are at a crossroad in time. The Mutant Registration Act, approved by the new government forces every mutant to identify himself as such or face the consequences, in this case being annihilated by the Freedom Force, an organisation of ex-villains hired by the government, lead by Mystique and featuring members like Pyro, Avalanche and Spider-Woman.

But as soon as X-Men (who refuse to comply with the Act) and FF start fighting each other they understand there are more important problems to solve than their petty legal differences. First is finding Storm and Forge, and second is saving the world from countless waves of dinosaurs and mad indians invading the nearby Texan city.
