We're now witnessing to a revived interest towards the universe of The Dark Eye, or Das Schwarze Auge, as it was originally named in German. It is nothing else than the most succesful role-playing game in Germany, first released in 1984. Lately we've seen the release of Drakensang: The Dark Eye and its prequel The River of Time, as well as the announcement of The Dark Eye: Demonicon, all based on this popular universe.
The fantasy lands of Aventuria (Arkania) are waiting for you, full of dangerous creatures (ogres, goblins, orks, trolls...), various human races and a rich medieval setting. An older series of games that takes place in this exquisite world is Realms of Arkania. The series is now sold on GOG, but that doesn't stop us from sharing the extras.
