This is one of the first games of football ever made. The first version of the game Five-a-Side Indoor Soccer was made in 1986 (!!!), by an English company called Mastertronic Group Ltd. In this game you don't have much to do, as you only play soccer - nothing more, nothing less - and of course like it is implicit in its name, this is an indoor soccer game, with 5 players per team. You only have 2 teams: one for you and another as the opponent; this opponent can be another human player or the computer.
You have options to play an entire game or just shoot some penalty kicks, in the same way alone or against a friend. You can choose the difficult level and there are three of them: Easy, Medium and Hard.
There are also three important keys that you can use during the game, so I want to list them here:
P: Pause the game continuing game
V: To toggle sound effects on and off
F1: Abort the game
I only give this game a grade 2, because it was one of the first games to be made for PC (in a time where the Amiga and the Commodore ruled), as this game isn't very good: the sound is bad and the graphics are only normal for the time it was made.
This game works in DOS and DOSBox, and once in DOSBox you need to use Ctrl+F11, to reduce the CPU cycles; if not, the game will run very fast.
