Appeal S.A. profile
From MobyGames:
Appeal was a Belgian game development studio founded by Yves Grolet in 1995. The company was known for its support for voxel-based graphics, opposed to Direct3D-accelerated graphics which required a separate 3D card.
In 1997 they released the shooter No Respect, but they are best remembered for their 3D action adventure Outcast (1999). A sequel was announced, but ultimately the company filed for bankruptcy in 2001. Most of the team stayed together when Yves Grolet founded elseWhere Entertainment SPRL, which later joined the 10tacle group as 10Tacle Studios Belgium.
After filing for bankruptcy in 2001, most of the team stayed together and formed a new company: Elsewhere Entertainment.
