Dear Abandonia visitors: Help us keep Abandonia free with a small donation. Abandonia is like an old gaming arcade with only original games. Abandonia helps you have fun four hours and years. If Abandonia is useful to you, please help us forget fundraising and get back to Abandonia.

When Abandonia was founded it was to collect and present all old games where the copyright protection had been abandoned, hence the term ’abandonware’ and the site name Abandonia.com. We are still keeping the site open and free and will appreciate your support to help it stay that way.

‐ Thank you from the Abandonia Team

We are trying to make it easy for people in every country to donate. Please let us know how we could make it easier for you.

Please give whatever you can to help us.

Breathing fire under the water
Today we have an oldie for you. Back when PC couldn't offer much of a graphics, not even much of colors really, it was all about gameplay. And this gameplay may be fun for action fans and may be challenging as well.

Cold water is about to get hot in Sea Dragon, a simple and fast submarine shooter.

The Last Battle for the Valley of Wonders
There are certain games everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. In my opinion Age of Wonders is one of them. To convince you to play it we have added a detailed review. It's a turn-based strategy with an emphasis on exploration and combat.

A story featuring the neverending rivalry between humans and elves ties up two different campaigns. There's a lot discover in the game, starting from unique dungeons, spells and ending with the lore surrounding Age of Wonders' many combat units.

The DreamWeb beckons!
Dark, controversial, and engrossing, DreamWeb was an adventure game released in 1994 which cast you in the role of mad(?) man Ryan. Tasked with killing the seven evil ones who would destroy the DreamWeb, the only barrier between reality and darkness, you must solve fiendish puzzles, face life-or-death situations, and execute those who would dare corrupt the world - at least, that's how things start out....

Thanks to the development community behind ScummVM, this controversial classic is now freeware! You can get both the floppy and CD-ROM versions of the game, the game's documentation, and the latest version of ScummVM from ScummVM's own downloads site. You can also get DreamWeb right here on Abandonia - either the floppy version with documentation or, for registered members, the CD-ROM version from our ISO Cellar, courtesy of GTX2GvO and Ermuli!

Smash pumkin with sword!!!
A spooky day demands a spooky update. Well, it's more fantasy than horror, but doesn't matter. We have uploaded a manual for action game Witchaven.

Go smash some shining monster heads :)

Disrespect! I mean, no respect, just blowing up
Our hard-working always-wandering member Ermuli found some scans deep inside a mine... Yes, on one of those planets in Sector E3. Grab them before somebody with No Respect blows them up.

Puzzle Bonanza
We might as well call this The Insane Machine considering how creative you need to be in order to solve the game's many puzzles. Sid & Al's Incredible Toons is a goofy take on the much beloved Incredible Machine series. According to our reviewer it doesn't bring much new, but the solid gameplay from the original remains. See for yourself - start building, go crazy!

Many thanks go to TheChosen who reviewed the games and provided the boxshots and Dishy who supplied the Windows version.

Have you been desperately searching for a game you played as a child, but just can't seem to be able to recall it's title, or do you vaguely remember something great that was on the cover CD of an old magazine you once had?

Well, whatever is the case, now you can ask for the help of our retro enthusiast old video game experts!

Happy Holidays!

Once more it's that magical time of the year, when gifts and joy are abound, and families reunite to celebrate the holidays and the spirit of giving.

Here at Abandonia, we'd like to remind our kind and loyal readers of all the good Christmas or Winter themed games we have available, in case you may have not noticed them before!

In Jazz Jackrabbit - Holiday Hare '95, the player once more has to guide the green jackrabbit with an attitude, Jazz, running and gunning his way through a short episode of Epic's wonderful side-scroller franchise.

Guiding the mischievous Lemmings in the Holiday Lemmings Pack will prove to be a tasty challenge for those who prefer a bit of thinking over action.

For those that prefer the thrills of a racing or driving game, look no further than Skyroads - Xmas Special, where you're in control of a futuristic vehicle gliding along on mysterious floating roads.

And finally, for the players who prefer the sports genre of games, there are the Winter Olympic themed games, such as The Games - Winter Challenge from Mindscape/Accolade, The Games - Winter Edition by Epyx, Winter Games by Action Graphics/Epyx and Winter Olympics - Lillehammer 94 from U.S. Gold.

In conclusion, I wish you Happy Holidays in the name of the entire staff, and hope that maybe, you'll find some fun with one of the aforementioned winter titles. :D
